Bedazzled

Morning after a rainy night left this early season sacrifice only to be decorated with the jewel like droplets of the passing rain. The combination of textures in the older sidewalk and the slick reflective rain drops on the leaf caught my attention on a morning walk. I almost passed right over it until the morning sunlight sparkled my curiosity and now my artwork.

Professionally framed with double mat of black interior and white outer in a decorative black wood frame. Juried entry of Untitled 2019 art exhibit. Color Pencil Magazine Contest 2017 Calendar Feature/April 2018.
