Ingrained

Walking through my favorite county park, it's the one with the most purple leaves in autumn, I discovered the texture of a decaying log covered with small bright red fungus spots making an absolutely perfect backdrop for those wonderful fallen oak leaves. This is an Indiana natural still life at it's best.
